Camille Watson is a Seattle-based entrepreneur, professional musician, and founder of Grace Note Creative, an innovative agency specializing in marketing, social media management, and administrative support for musicians and arts organizations. With a background steeped in classical music and choral artistry, Camille’s journey began at Westminster Choir College, an elite conservatory where she honed her skills as a vocalist and cultivated a deep appreciation for the artistry of collaboration.

Driven by her mission to empower artists and arts organizations to focus on their craft, Camille created Grace Note Creative to handle the behind-the-scenes work that so often distracts from creativity. Her agency offers an impressive array of services, from content strategy and graphic design to event promotion and multi-camera videography. Camille’s approach is grounded in her dual perspective as both a musician and a strategist, ensuring that every detail resonates with artistic intention. Her personal touch and commitment to excellence are evident in every client relationship. Camille is known for her attentiveness, collaborative spirit, and a track record of helping artists achieve their goals—like creating a seamless promo schedule for 2x Grammy-nominated Becca Stevens during the release of her album. She balances a highly communicative, efficient process with a warm, human touch that sets her apart in the industry.

Outside of her agency, Camille continues to perform as a freelance choral musician as a soprano in the St. James Schola, University Unitarian Loft Choir and the professional vocal ensemble, Radiance.

Ari Carrillo

Ari Carrillo (he/him) is a choral conductor, professional singer, and music educator based in Chicago and originally from Philadelphia and is currently pursuing his master's degree in choral conducting at Northwestern University. In addition to being the director of choirs at Oakcrest High School where he led 8 choral ensembles and maintained a robust choral program, Ari has sung professionally across the East Coast and the Midwest as a choral singer and soloist. After completing his master's program, Ari would love to continue working as a professional artist and educator, while also continuing to work with young artists and teachers to assist them with developing their own social media presence.

As a classical musician and music educator, he cares deeply about only connecting with professional artists in addition to working with student organizations and empowering educational programs. Through his diverse experience as a teaching artist, he is passionate about organizing content, and developing personal brands that highlight the best qualities of the artist. Ari’s deep industry knowledge and passion make him an ideal partner for classical musicians looking to enhance their online presence.

Ingrid Eyen brings over 25 years of unique administrative and financial experience to her work with artists and creative organizations. A musician herself who has performed in various folk and Americana ensembles, Ingrid understands the day-to-day operational concerns and quirks of artists, making her an ideal partner for creatives seeking bookkeeping support.

As a bookkeeper, Ingrid honed her skills under the mentorship of Michelle Hanks CPA. Ingrid has a special interest in LGBTQ+ and women-owned organizations that serve diverse communities and has worked with a broad range of businesses — from international luxury travel to feminist body-positive education to student support services at her alma mater, The Ohio State University. In addition to bookkeeping, she also offers tour booking, logistics, contracts, and travel consulting services. Originally from southeastern Ohio, Ingrid lived on the West Coast for over two decades before returning to Appalachia where she now resides with her wife in Asheville, NC.
